Work Completed: Demeter’s scope for Lago included a floating bar soffit, walnut-upholstered banquettes with integrated planters, and a steel kitchen pass-through structure tied into the wall cladding and server stations. The result is a cohesive interior where warm materials and exposed structure complement the restaurant’s modern Italian concept.
