Work Completed: For Big Star’s Wrigleyville location, Demeter crafted millwork across two floors, including steel-and-wood shelving systems, illuminated overhead soffits, and both interior and exterior bars. The outdoor bar features a concrete top with integrated planters in black locust and powder-coated yellow steel - a distinctive material combination that ties into the brand’s playful energy.
