Work Completed: At Giostra, Demeter built the dramatic two-tiered walnut and plaster bar soffit with integrated bottle storage, along with brass and edge-lit glass shelving for the back bar. Additional work included custom wall paneling, cross-reeded glass partitions, and sliding doors that define the private dining area with both transparency and texture.
