Work Completed: Demeter provided all millwork for this transformation of a three-flat into a single-family home. The kitchen centers on a ten-foot island framed by book-matched walnut veneer and lacquered cabinetry, while rift-cut white oak panels extend through the entry and custom staircase. In the home office, deep blue lacquered millwork with integrated LED lighting adds a striking architectural contrast.
